All-In-One hot-runner system with screwed nozzles

ALL-IN-ONE with AO-LOCK technologies. With the unique AO-LOCK system the nozzles are screwed with the manifold in order to achieve a 100 % leakage free hot-runner system. This enables a determined positioning of the cables in order for them to agree with the baring in the mold. Thus, the complete hot-runner system can be integrated into the mold in one step.

Please find below our nozzle guide. There you will find the nozzle sizes and lenghts as well as the type of gates. 8 different nozzle fronts are available.  Nozzles with one or three exits as standard or highly wear-resistant one-hole nozzles for abrasive, fiber-reinforced plastics.

All nozzle tips enable a low-shear melt flow as well as an optimum gate cooling.

The chart shows the shot weights which can be reached with the respective sizes depending on the viscosity of the plastic materials used.

All heatlock manifolds are made with lateral plugs and rounded and smooth corners. This prevents stagnation areas and guarantees a smooth melt flow.

In order to guarantee a good temperature control and to lower the energy consumption, all manifolds are isolated by ceramics.
