Servo unscrewing devices „Multi“ (SAM) be constructed, depending on the requirements, with one or two gearbox levels. The decision is based on the following parameters:
The system design is generally done by our project engineers, taking into account the technological possibilities and complying to the customer requirements.
In servo unscrewing devices with one gearbox level, several spur wheels are driven by a central pinion shaft RZW. For the
design of the system by our project engineers the following information (if available) is needed and applied:
A = Driving pinion shaft RZW - B = In-between pinion RTZ - C = Spur wheel STR
In servo unscrewing devices with two gearbox levels, several pinions in 2nd gear level are driven by a central pinion shaft RZW.
These are coupled with the pinion shafts of the first gearbox level which are driving several spur wheels.
For the interpretation of the system by our project engineers the information (if available) is needed and applied:
A = 1st gearbox level - A1 = driving pinion shaft RZW-1 - A2 = in-between pinion RTZ - A3 = spur wheel STR - B = 2nd gearbox level - B1 = main pinion shaft RZW-2 - B2 = pinion RTZ
Servo unscrewing devices „multi“ (SAM) are available in many standard system sizes. The base forms a 4-fold arrangement of the spur wheels STR, which can be extended by multiple arrangement.
